Digital Marketing: the changing magnitude of customer relationship

The rise of digitization has changed the customer relationship game. It allows brands to give individual attention to each of their clients just as much as it allows them to collect relevant information through dialogue on social media – a favored communication medium since its emergence.

Digital marketing is also an excellent way to build customer loyalty as it creates sustainable and genuine relationships with consumers. Merely listing the benefits of a product or service is not sufficient anymore: the marketer must provide his clients with an experience from which a whole array of emotions will arise.
