Our Vision

Atalian Interactive seeks to simultaneously be an economic stronghold of the industry and a good corporate citizen. In order to achieve sustainable social development, we align our social activities with our corporate identity in the best possible way: being a young and dynamic company, we have a strong drive to empower the youth.

In this vein, our CSR philosophy comprises giving a fair chance of success in life to at-risk teenagers stuck in pockets of vulnerability. As a result, we actively help NGOs whose mission is to promote quality education and employability of these young people.

Our partnership with these groups does not end once we’ve handed out a one-off check. We believe in durable partnerships in all aspects of our business, and this is no different. Continuity is at the core of our strategy. More than a financial help, we encourage our employees to be actively involved in our social activities.

The Project

Maisons Familiales Rurales: easing the social and professional inclusion of vulnerable teenagers

We officially committed ourselves on Wednesday 25th May by remitting a check to the Fédération des Maisons Familiales Rurales (MFR) of Mauritius and Rodrigues.

This first stepping stone seals this multiannual partnership whose aim is to finance the training of at-risk youth, aged between 16 and 18 years old and excluded from the traditional education system.

Our partner, the MFR, relies on the following to succeed in its mission:
  • An association composed of parents who set up the training center with the help of different local partners.

  • A local technical and pedagogical team recruited by the association, who possess technical and general knowledge.

  • A work-based program that relies on going back and forth between the socio-professional environment and the training center.

  • Committed professionals, that is trainers who accompany the teenagers in discovering the profession, its requirements and in taking progressively increasing responsibilities.
